After getting information on closing costs and rates from my bank I asked a coworker for a recommendation of who they used to get their mortgage from. I called Oscar and he was extremely helpful in answering questions. I actually ended up going with him after getting fed up with my bank (I initially was set on keeping everything with the same company) on how they were handling my file with not being responsive and making me feel like I just wasn't a big enough fish for them. The difference in my experience between my bank and Resonate was night and day. Our goal was to close about 9 days from when I finally called Oscar and told him I was going to use him, and we were only off by a day of when he called me and told me we were "clear to close!"
